QUESTION: I’ve been working remotely from a different country. Do I need to disclose my location on my resume, and could that hurt my chances?
Scott Gardner, Vitae Express
Will it hurt your chances? Maybe with a few companies that have strict payroll or time zone rules. However, the ones worth working for care more about results than zip codes. If you show you can handle time differences and deliver, your location becomes a non-issue.
