QUESTION: Why am I not getting noticed by recruiters on LinkedIn despite having a complete profile?

Ensure you’re using the right keywords and titles from LinkedIn’s database, and have a strong headline with a key title, keywords, and a unique selling proposition. Create a custom banner, detailed bullets in work experience with metrics, over 500 connections, and engage regularly. Commenting creates visibility, discoverability, and credibility. Add keywords not in the database to your profile.

Your visibility on LinkedIn depends not only on a complete profile, but also keyword relevance for search algorithms. The headline, job titles, and skills section are the critical areas for keywords, but the most important terms should be mentioned multiple times throughout your profile. Further, make sure your degree information includes a graduation date so you are not screened out of searches.
